About Us

It all started with a simple idea: Operators don’t like paperwork.

Our Story

In 1991, Eddye Dreyer was sitting at her kitchen table when she first imagined what would become Eddye Dreyer Financial Services. The idea was simple enough: Most E&P operators are not equipped to perform the complex accounting required for the management of oil and gas assets. At the same time, it can be prohibitively expensive to maintain a full-time staff of specialized bookkeepers. That’s where Eddye Dreyer would come in.

It was a formula that stuck, and in the years since, Eddye Dreyer has grown from a handful of local accounts to hundreds of clients all across the country. Why? Because we never cut corners when it comes to accuracy. This unyielding commitment has helped us build a reputation for reliability—and that kind of reputation doesn’t go unnoticed. Year after year, our client base grows on the strength of word of mouth referrals from our loyal clients.

Nearly 30 years after its founding, Eddye Dreyer continues to serve the unique needs of the oil and gas industry with personalized bookkeeping services for E&P firms, private equity, and family offices.
